I am currently a Senior Research Fellow in the Computer
Science department at the
University of Exeter. Prior
to joining Computer Science I was a member of the astrophysics
group.
The Astrophysics group
focusses on studying star and planet formation, and my own work uses numerical modelling techniques, primarily the
TORUS
code. A list of my astrophysics publications can be found ADS.
The images below show three synthetic Galactic plane surveys made with TORUS, and
corresponding observations from the Canadian Galactic Plane
