Polmap - a linear spectropolarimetry analysis package

POLMAP is a data analysis package for linear spectropolarimetry. It
is written in FORTRAN77 and has been tested on Ultrix, OSF and
SunOS/Solaris operating systems. The code uses Tim Pearson's PGPLOT
package for display and is linked with Starlink POSIX and HDS
libraries. The program is capable of reading and writing TSP format
files. The installation
procedure is fully documented and is done via a make script. The code has
been released nationwide via the
Starlink network and in order to
avoid the confusion of having several versions of the code in circulation
I have decided to cease distributing the code from here.
